What is PrettyFit?

PrettyFit packs combine collections of the best women’s nutritional supplements, healthy snacks, and workout gear into one box that we deliver to your doorstep. Each pack has a unique theme and is curated by a fitness professional who also includes their workout tips, recipes, and more. We release one new pack each month with themes ranging from healthy snacks, fitness supplements, gym accessories, and more. You can either subscribe to receive a new pack each month or you can purchase individual packs without a subscription. If you don’t like what we’re offering up in a particular month you can skip that pack at no cost.

Our experts test all products that go into every pack to ensure they are the absolute best on the market.

How can I purchase a PrettyFit pack?

You can purchase a PrettyFit pack in two easy ways – either by subscribing or purchasing one pack at a time. Subscriptions cost less, ship for free, and allow members to take advantage of exclusive discounts and promotions.

You can also gift a PrettyFit pack as either a subscription or as a one off pack – just enter the recipients shipping information in the “Ship To” fields at checkout!

What if I just want to buy one PrettyFit pack?

No problem – just select Quick Buy instead of Join/Subscribe. It costs less to join the club instead of purchasing one box, but if you don’t want to commit just yet this is your best option!

How does a PrettyFit subscription work?

Once you sign up for a PrettyFit subscription, we’ll ship you your first pack within 3 weeks of your order date. After you receive your first pack, we’ll send you an email around the beginning of the month with a preview of the upcoming month’s pack selection(s). If you like the selection and want to receive that pack, you don’t need to do anything and we will ship that pack to you around the middle/end of the following month. If you decide you want to take a month off, you can simply opt out of receiving a pack that month at no cost as long as you opt out within a week of receiving the announcement email.

Can I gift a PrettyFit pack?

Absolutely! Simply enter the recipient’s shipping information in the “Ship To” field. You can either buy them one pack or you can gift them a subscription for as long as you’d like.

How do I change my billing information?

When will I be charged?

You’ll be charged for your first PrettyFit pack right away for either the subscription or one-off options. For subsequent packs subscribers will be charged at the beginning of the month.

Note that you will only be charged for boxes you receive – there is no membership fee, fees for packs you choose not to receive, or any other hidden fees.

How do I cancel my PrettyFit pack subscription?

Simply email info@imprettyfit.com and we’ll help you out right away!

Absolutely! Please visit blog@imprettyfit.com and you will find it on the right-hand side along with a special offer of 20% off your first pack!

Are there any hidden fees?

No, we DO NOT have any hidden fees. With a subscription, the only thing you’re paying for is your pack. If you purchase a pack as a one-off purchase, you pay for your pack AND shipping.

PrettyFit Packs and Products

As a subscriber do I get to see what’s inside my PrettyFit pack before you ship it to me each month?

Yes, we do give you the option of checking out what’s inside the pack before we ship it to you! We send members a preview email of what we are sending out each month so they can check it out and see if it’s something they’d like.

If you want to receive the pack we’ve selected for you, you don’t need to do anything and it will ship out around the 3rd week of the month. If you decide you do NOT want the pack we’ve selected for you, simply opt out of receiving that pack a week after the announcement email is sent out and you will NOT be charged. You can opt out by clicking “opt out of this month’s pack” in your “My Account” section or by simply emailing info@imprettyfit.com.

One of the items in my PrettyFit pack is damaged. What do I do?

Please email info@imprettyfit.com and we’ll take care of you right away!

I want a different PrettyFit pack instead of the one you’ve selected for me. Can I receive another one of your PrettyFit packs instead?

Please email info@imprettyfit.com and request another pack. We will send you another pack instead, if it is still in-stock.

Do you have gift cards/gift certificates available for purchase?

Sorry! We do not currently offer gift certificates/gift cards at this time.

What is the PrettyFit Lean Stack?

This is a separate, one-time box that you can order and is NOT featured in our monthly subscription. It features our latest and greatest PrettyFit products such as the PrettyFit Greens supplement and the PrettyFit Lean capsules.

We do not currently have a store for full-sized products but please visit the company’s website and feel free to email us at info@imprettyfit.com if you have a specific question about a brand/product featured in our pack!

Can I customize my box?

At this time, we do not have this option. If you have any allergies or dietary needs, please consult your primary healthcare physician before consuming our products.

What is your promotion code policy?

Promotion code expirations are subject to change. You can enter a valid code at checkout to receive a discount. You cannot use a specific code more than once.

Can I apply more than one promotional code for a single order?

No, you cannot combine promotion codes for a single order.

Do I get any discounts for a review/video/post?

Yes! Please send us a link of your Youtube review to info@imprettyfit.com. Or, tag us in your Instagram/Facebook post for your chance to win a free pack.

Are your packs safe to consume while pregnant/breastfeeding?

Please consult your primary healthcare physician before consuming any of the products featured in this pack.


Shipping & Returns

When do PrettyFit packs ship?

We will ship out your first PrettyFit pack within 3 weeks of your initial order – regardless of whether you sign up for a subscription or just a one off pack. We will usually give you the exact shipment date on the checkout page and in your confirmation email. You should receive tracking info as soon as your pack ships out.

If you sign up for a subscription, your subsequent packs will ship around the 3rd week of each month.

How much is shipping for PrettyFit packs?

PrettyFit packs ship absolutely FREE in the contiguous US for members. For non-members that purchase just 1 pack there is a small $4.99 shipping and handling fee.

Where do you ship PrettyFit packs?

We presently ship PrettyFit packs to the US only. We hope to expand to Canada and the UK soon!
We ship to APO/FPO addresses as well.

How long does delivery take for PrettyFit packs?

PrettyFit packs typically arrive within 4-8 business days (after your pack ships) in the continental US. Add a few more days if you live in Hawaii or Alaska.

Where does my PrettyFit pack ship from?

PrettyFit packs are shipped from our Kentucky based warehouse.

What ship method do you use for my PrettyFit pack?

PrettyFit packs are typically delivered by the USPS though we’ll occasionally use UPS.

Changing My Address and Forwarding Packs

Changing your shipping address is easy, simply login to your account and update your shipping address, or email us at info@imprettyfit.com and we’d be happy to take care of it for you.

If you move or need to change your shipping address for any reason, make sure you change your shipping address with us before your next pack is shipped. We ship your pack to the address you have on file with us and are not responsible for any forwarding costs you may incur if you have your mail forwarded.

Can I return my PrettyFit pack if I don’t love it?

We hope you love every PrettyFit pack we send you, but if you don’t, no worries at all. We offer free return shipping for our members and make it as easy as possible to return packs that aren’t absolutely perfect for you. Please note that returns will be processed within 5-7 business days depending on your bank.

Simply contact info@imprettyfit.com and request a return shipping label and we’ll send one within 3 business days. You will be fully refunded once we receive your pack.

How long does it take for returns to be processed?

Usually 2-3 weeks from when you send it back to us. If you ever have any questions about the return process, please email info@imprettyfit.com.

Do you ship your packs to APO/FPO addresses?

Yes we do!

How do I track my order?

You should receive tracking info as soon as your order ships out in your confirmation. If you do not receive this information within 3-5 business days, please contact info@imprettyfit.com.
